Founder of the Children’s Rosary Speaks in Paisley, Scotland
Saturday, July 2, 2022, at St. Mirin’s Cathedral in Paisley, Scotland there was a First Saturday Mass at 8am with Bishop John Keenan, a Rosary, and a talk delivered by Blythe Kaufman at 9:45 a.m., followed by some remarks by Bishop Keenan. Children’s Rosary Anniversary Novena of Masses 2022
The Children’s Rosary turned 11 on April 10, 2022. In honor of the anniversary a novena of Masses was offered from April 1-9th for the fulfillment of Our Lady’s Plans for the Children’s Rosary. This will be followed by 9 days of Masses in Thanksgiving. In total at least 90 Masses will be said as part of the Anniversary novena of Masses.

Children’s Rosary Informational Meeting, Ireland
An informational meeting was held on January 18th at 8PM local time in Ireland via Zoom. New and existing Children’s Rosary group leaders attended as well as those interested in learning more about this prayer group movement.

Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to participate in a personal Consecration to Jesus through Mary beginning November 29th and concluding on January 1st 2021. Seventh Anniversary of the Children’s Rosary Patiently Waiting Campaign
This past Advent many participated in the Patiently Waiting campaign by placing a “Patiently Waiting” sign in their windows as a beautiful reminder of where their hearts could be found as they prepared for for the coming of Christ. On Christmas they replaced the sign with one that reads: Christ is Born. People participated throughout the world and many pictures were featured on the Children’s Rosary blog through the month of December 2021.

Catholic Marketing Network Conference (CMN)

Global Rosary Relay for Priests
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to participate in the annual Global Rosary Relay on June 11th 2021. If we want our shepherds to be holy then we need to pray for them. Of special importance are the prayers of children.

34,134 Rosaries Leave for Uganda
On April 18th 2021 four barrels containing 34,134 handmade rosaries and 400 Child Consecration books were picked up. These will travel by shipping container to Kampala, Uganda where they will be distributed to five dioceses to assist with Children’s Rosary prayer groups.

Anniversary Novena of Masses
In honor of the 10th Anniversary of the first meeting of the Children’s Rosary a 9 day novena of Masses leading up to April 10th was celebrated for the fulfillment of Our Lady’s plans for the Children’s Rosary. Thirty Masses were celebrated for this intention. We then had 9 days of Masses in thanksgiving beginning on April 10th 2019.Four Masses were celebrated daily during the entire 18 days. National Catholic Education Association(NCEA) Conference
The Children’s Rosary was planing to have a booth at the NCEA Conference in Baltimore MD from April 14-16 2020. However the NCEA Conference was canceled due to the pandemic.

Ministry Day for the Diocese of Bridgeport Connecticut
Two workshops on the Children’s Rosary were presented by the founder of the Children’s Rosary, Blythe Kaufman. One of the sessions was presented in English and the other in Spanish. Asher Kaufman, age 13, who is fluent in Spanish helped to present material and answer questions in Spanish.
November 29th-January 1st 2020
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to participate in a 33 Day Consecration to Jesus through Mary beginning on November 29th and concluding on January 1st 2020.

Infant of Prague (Christmas) Novena
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to participate in praying a 9 day novena between December 16th-24th 2019. All those who help the Children’s Rosary were remembered in this novena.

November 16th – 26th Miraculous Medal Novena
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to participate in a 9 day novena leading up to the Feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal (November 27th 2019).
Annual 9 Days of Prayer and Fasting
Beginning on September 29th 2019 members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to join in 9 days of prayer and fasting. The fast concluded on October 7th the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.

Over Twelve Thousand Rosaries Leave for Africa
On September 10th 2019 we were so excited to see two barrels picked up. One will travel to Moshi, Tanzania and contains 6,000 Rosaries. This will greatly help to spread the Children’s Rosary in the schools throughout the Diocese of Moshi. Additionally, the second barrel contained 6,083 rosaries and is being sent to Mombassa Kenya to help with the growing number of groups in parishes and schools in this Archdiocese.

Barrel Leaves for Uganda
A barrel containing 7,310 Rosaries was picked up on August 29th 2019. The barrel begins the long journey to Uganda.

13,152 Rosaries
On May 13th 2019 the two barrels we sent to Uganda arrived. Two months to the day: July 13th 2019 the barrels were released from Customs. These were shared with Children’s Rosary groups in four Dioceses in Uganda: Kampala, Mityana, Masaka and Luweero.

Visit to Africa
Members of the Children’s Rosary including the founder left the United States on June 3rd 2019: the Feast of the Ugandan Martyrs. Various Children’s Rosary groups in Kenya, Tanzania and Ugandan were visited during the month of June. The trip concluded on June 28th: the Feast of the Sacred Heart.

Total Rosaries Sent out for 2018
We thank all those who donated rosaries to the Children’s Rosary. During 2018, 23,781 rosaries were able to be given away. Rosaries were sent to 6 continents to help start Children’s Rosary prayer groups.

The Children’s Rosary was invited to lead a Children’s Rosary at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts USA on Divine Mercy Sunday April 23rd 2017. Novena for Christian Unity
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to join in praying a 9 day novena for Christian Unity from January 17th-26th 2017.

Week of Prayer and Fasting
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to participate in the 24th International Week of Prayer and Fasting from October 2-10th 2016. More information HERE.

Grandparents Day at the Shrine of Divine Mercy
For the second year in a row the Children’s Rosary participated in Grandparents Day at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge MA. The event was held on July 23rd 2016. Before Holy Mass a Children’s Rosary was held in front of the Blessed Sacrament. The children began the Children’s Rosary by singing our theme song “Rosary Children”. The day was made extra special as the children were able to walk through the Holy Door present at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy. In a special way members of the Children’s Rosary and grandparents were remembered in prayer that day. The Children’s Rosary will once again be participating in Grandparents Day at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge MA on July 23rd 2016. A Children’s Rosary will be held at 1PM ET in front of the Blessed Sacrament. Holy Mass will follow the Rosary.

Global Rosary Relay for Priests
The Children’s Rosary participated in the Global Rosary Relay on June 3rd 2016. The goal of the Rosary Relay was to pray for the sanctification of priests.

Year of Mercy Event: Relics of the Passion
In honor of the Year of Mercy, on March 16th 2016 the Children’s Rosary hosted the Relics of the Passion at St. Helena Church in West Hartford, Connecticut USA. This collection of 7 Relics includes a piece of the True Cross. Many members of the Children’s Rosary were able to attend. See pictures and reflections from the evening HERE.

Christmas Infant of Prague Novena
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to join us in praying a 9 day novena from December 16th -24th 2015. All those who have helped the Children’s Rosary were remembered in this novena.

November 29th-January 1st 2016
Members of the Children’s Rosary were invited to participate in a 33 Day Consecration to Jesus through Mary beginning on November 29th and concluding on January 1st 2016.

Novena of the Miraculous Medal
Members of the Children’s Rosary participated in the Novena of the Miraculous Medal which began November 16th.

Knights of Columbus Museum
A Children’s Rosary was held at the Knights of Columbus Museum in New Haven, Connecticut USA on November 21st 2015 to open the new Knights of Columbus exhibit. The exhibit features over 76 crèches from countries within Central Europe such as Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia. In a special way, the children held a Children’s Rosary kneeling around one of the featured nativity scenes. November 21st was also the Memorial of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary which made the date additionally special.

Week of Prayer and Fasting
Members of the Children’s Rosary participated in the 23rd International Week of Prayer and Fasting. This was be held between October 16-24th 2015.

World Meeting of Families 2015
The Children’s Rosary had an informational booth at the World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia during Sept 22-27th 2015. Nine children and four adults, who are members of the Children’s Rosary, helped to answer questions and spread word about the Children’s Rosary with visitors to the World Meeting of Families. The week was a tremendous blessing, meeting individuals from around the world. The week was concluded by a two day visit by Pope Francis and an outdoor Papal Mass.

Grandparents Day at the Shrine of Divine Mercy
The Children’s Rosary traveled to the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge Massachusetts for Grandparents Day on September 13th 2015. We were invited by the Catholic Grandparents association and the Marians to lead a Children’s Rosary as part of the days events. The children led a Children’s Rosary in front of the Blessed Sacrament praying in a special way for grandparents. Read More

Invitation to Grandparents
During the month of July in honor of the Feast of St. Anne and St. Joachim, Children’s Rosary groups are encouraged to invite grandparents to their Childrens Rosary meetings held during July. Grandparents are also invited to bring their grandchildren to Children’s Rosary group meetings. Groups will be encouraged to pray in a special way for grandparents in their meetings in July.
